How do I cancel my order and request a refund?

If you don’t need to send your parcel anymore then contact us as soon as possible. Our friendly customer service team can help you cancel your booking and process your refund request.

It's best that you do this as soon as possible as orders cancelled after the courier has attempted a collection, or just before, could still be charged.

Refund requests are processed within 5 working days.
