Why was my parcel not collected?

Although couriers booked through My Parcel Delivery have very high success rates (around 95%), very occasionally things can go wrong. Bad weather, accidents, road closures and heavy traffic can all affect a courier’s route and their ability to collect in the time frame you were given.
