Your chosen courier can arrive at your door any time from 8am to 6pm so please arrange your collection for a day when you can stay at the address.
Some couriers have set collection times which we have listed below. We're not able to provide approximate collection times and it's not standard practice for the courier to call when they are nearby.
Be aware that at busy periods, such as Christmas when people are posting thousands of gifts to one another, these times may be extended right up until 8pm and the courier is unable to advise of a more accurate time.
- MPD 9am - 6.00pm
- Hermes 8am - 8pm
- Parcelforce 7am - 7pm
- UPS 8am - 8pm
We can collect from alternative addresses if this is easier, including neighbours, friends, family members or work addresses. Otherwise, why not try a drop-off service so you can get on with the rest of your day?
