Who do I contact if there’s a problem?

  • Chat: Mon – Fri including Bank Holidays (8am - 10pm), Weekends (8am - 8pm)
  • Help Centre: 24 / 7
  • Phone: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

The only time you would need to contact the courier directly is if they leave a card with their contact details. They should only do this if they were unable to collect or deliver your parcel, and would like to rearrange this directly with you. Not every courier will do this so, if in doubt, talk to us!
