If there is no one available when the courier knocks on your door to collect your parcel, one of two things could happen.
The courier will:
- Leave a card stating they tried to collect the parcel but no-one was available
- Add a tracking note advising they attempted to collect but no one was available.
If your collection has been missed, first of all check the tracking to see if any notes have been added. Next, contact us to reschedule your collection.
