How do I make a complaint?

We do everything in our power to give you outstanding customer service here at My Parcel Delivery. If you have feel that we've not met your expectations with the service you have received from your team then we're very sorry.

If you're unhappy with how your complaint was handled, you can request a formal response in writing from the Customer Service Manager. 

This can be done by either emailing or by writing to us at the address below. 

Responses will be made to you within 14 working days.
