What is the estimated delivery date?

This is the date the courier expects your parcel to be delivered at the time of booking. It’s an estimated date only and does not guarantee your parcel will be delivered on this date.

Although our couriers have very high success rates for deliveries (almost 95%), very occasionally things can go wrong and none of the couriers are able to offer a guaranteed service. Plenty of issues, such as bad weather, accidents and heavy traffic, can affect the courier's route and their ability to deliver your parcel on the estimated delivery date. If this is the case, we're sorry for the inconvenience caused but if you contact us, we can help reschedule your delivery for the next available day.
