My delivery was late - can I get a refund

Although all our couriers have high success rates for deliveries, on rare occasions things can go wrong. Issues such as poor weather, road accidents and heavy traffic, can affect a route and the couriers ability to deliver your parcel on the estimated delivery date. If this is the case, we're very sorry but as the services are not guaranteed, we will be unable to offer a refund for your booking.

On behalf of the courier, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused but if you contact us, we can help reschedule your delivery for the next available day.
