How can I make a claim if something goes wrong?

Over 99% of parcels booked through us arrive safe and sound to their intended recipient – a stat we’re proud of! Unfortunately, with so much automation within the courier network very occasionally things go wrong and you might need to make a claim.

To make this nice and simple we’ve created a guide with everything you need to know about making a claim, whether your parcel has arrived a little bruised, or it failed to be delivered at all.
